Welcome to Mares Felizes ("Happy Oceans")—a cozy and charming studio apartment perfectly located in heart of New Smyrna Beach, Florida. This stunning short- or longer-term rental offers breathtaking ocean views and is just 200 steps from the beaches (drive-on beach left; non-vehicle beach right), making it the perfect vacation location for couples, small families or solo travelers.
The condo is beautifully decorated and impeccably clean upon your arrival, and features a comfortable full-sized Murphy bed and new mattress, a pull-out king-sized daybed, a fully equipped kitchenette, high-top dinette, private bathroom (with tub) and lots of little extras. The large, oversized sliding doors to your balcony provide plenty of natural light and ocean views, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind.
The apartment is on Atlantic Avenue, a walkable distance to the Flagler Avenue downtown area, where you can find a variety of restaurants, cafes, and shops. You can also enjoy a variety of outdoor activities, such as the 27th Avenue park (with pickleball and basketball courts and kids play area) and offered excursions/lessons for surfing, fishing, kayaking, horseback riding, and paddleboarding.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
We understand that plans change. While payments are non-refundable, 75% may be applied toward a future stay if cancellation is made more than 24 hours before your scheduled arrival.
IS THIS HOME SAFE FOR BABIES AND CHILDREN?
There is a terrace with high, newly-renovated railings. Sockets should be secured by you.
ARE PETS ALLOWED?
We LOVE pets but our building has rules about them. Do not bring a pet unless we discuss specifics first. Thank you.
